Zhejiang Forestry Products Association (ZFPA)
ZFPA, currently with more than 200 members, is a non-profit social association established by voluntary firms, social groups and individuals that are engaging in the production, manufacturing, transporting, researching, teaching and managing of wood and forest products in 1998. According to the types of forest products, Zhejiang Bamboo Products (ZBPA), Zhejiang Flower Association (ZFP) are also formed.
Objective of Society: vindicate the legal rights of members by taking advantages of the linkage among governments, market and society. Coordinate the relationships between members of the society, strengthen the self-discipline of forest industry, regulate the management of the industry, enhance the communication and cooperation, and accelerate the development of the bamboo industry faster, healthier and more orderly.

The business of the Society: Perform the function of serving, self-discipline and coordination in society. Organize activities such as training, techniques inquiry, information communication, investment introduction and products promotion. Formulating rules and stipulations in the society, standards for the products manufacturing, technological procedures and quality service criterion, carry out the self-discipline in quality and price. Participate in the decision-making about the development and reform of the business, and the governmental policies that are related to the benefits of the business, put forward suggestions about economic policies and legislations. Coordinate the relationships between members, members and non-members inside the business, members and non-members outside the business, consumers and other social organizations. Conduct economic and technological communications and cooperation nationally and internationally.
